The industry is evolving rapidly. AI is changing expectations. Skill demands are shifting. Lay‑offs are affecting capable and hardworking professionals around us. In such times, talent alone is not enough. What truly makes a difference is clarity, alignment, structured upskilling, and the right support system.
This realization became personal when a close colleague was impacted by lay-offs. Despite strong experience and dedication, finding the right opportunity was not easy.
The Beginning
Jimit stepped in to support him by:

- Discussing real interview expectations
- Encouraging focused and structured preparation
Through this journey, one thought became clear. If someone competent within our own circle could face uncertainty, many others might be going through the same struggle silently.

He shared this vision of QAliber with Nidhi. She immediately resonated with the purpose and chose to contribute with intent and consistency, strengthening the foundation of this initiative.
The idea was also discussed with Nilofar, who has consistently supported professionals, especially women, in discovering opportunities and upgrading their skills. Her belief in nurturing talent and her willingness to support this space reinforced the impact QAliber could create.
